Specialist-Workplace Services

The Workplace Services Department is responsible for global end-to-end operations of Allianz Workplace services including Allianz Virtual Client, End Devices (Notebooks, Thin Clients, Mobile Phones), File Services, Print Service, Mailing, Intranet and Service Desk. WPS File services provide multiple products which provide managed folders (end user storage) for several Allianz Workplace types.

 

Are you an experienced DevOps professional with a passion for automation and a drive to deliver seamless workplace services? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Workplace Services (WPS) department at Allianz Group as a Fileservice DevOps Expert.

 

Your main responsibility will be to drive the automation of service delivery and migration processes for Fileservice Europe with a strong focus on operations and service stability. Working closely with our WPS product teams, you will collaborate to successfully meet their automation goals. This role also involves supporting the agile transformation of the department and maintaining a mindset that keeps automation at the forefront of your daily activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•               Plan, develop, test, and deploy our automation platform, primarily written in Python, to provide our services to Allianz employees in APAC and Europe

•               Discuss new requirements with experts on the customer side and drive their implementation.

•               Support the design and implementation of Fileservice components according to the architecture roadmap.

•               Collaborate with expert teams in Workplace Services for the exchange of best practices and process management training.

• Activities include;

• Be a DevOps team member and overall management of operation/project activities in the area of File services team.
• Window server Administration and manage the O365 and Azure Netapp Filers
• Stabilize the Infrastructure by proactive monitoring and foreseeing the upcoming infrastructure requirements
• Migration of data from onpremise to cloud and vice versa
• Involve project activities and work with engineering team

• Incident /Problem/Change Handling using SNOW.
• Contributing to the process improvement/innovation .
• Contribute to ISMS process and procedures.
• Reporting and Documentations for the process /PLMs as and when required.
