This is a full-time position (Mon-Fri) at Scripps Mercy Hospital in Hillcrest. Outpatient and Inpatient – Neuro and Ortho patients with focus on Neuro - Bonus Eligible*

You will be treating a combination of neuro and ortho patients in the Outpatient setting with the requirement to train in inpatient and float there if outpatient schedule is not filled. The patients may present post CVA (stroke), various neurodegenerative diseases, complex trauma and traumatic brain injuries and post surgical ortho, other joint pain/overuse injuries.
The Physical Therapist conducts evaluations, assessments, prognosis, treatment, and education as prescribed by a qualified medical practitioner, in compliance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act and Title 16 regulations.
*$4K New Hire Retention Incentive: 30% at 3 months and 70% at 12 months, $3K Relocation if moving from 100+ miles.

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met
- Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
- Must remain in original department/specialty
- Must remain in original Job Title
- Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.
