Based in Doral, FL with regional travel responsibilities.

Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting our diverse range of products, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in-store and via phone or email, assessing their needs and recommending suitable promotional products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer requirements are met within specified timeframes.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and track sales performance to meet individual and team targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends and new product offerings to provide knowledgeable advice to customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and events.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Promotional Printing and/or Marketing industry.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in using basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards achieving sales goals.
• Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish) is Preferred

Compensation

• $40,000 - $45,000 annually
• + bonus opportunities

Schedule

• Full-time in-person position
• Monday-Friday | 9 AM-5 PM
