Senior FullStack Developer

Your mission

You will be working on both front-end and back-end application services residing in AWS cloud. You get to work with a bunch of great people, where the whole team owns the project together.

What you’ll be doing

• You plan, estimate and develop software in an agile methodology environment in alignment with the product owners
• You actively partner with our product owners, business stakeholders, designers, QA and solution architects to find and develop the right solution. You are responsible for creating specifications and technical documentation and share knowledge with the extended team
• You assure quality by providing effective methods in code review and testing in your responsibility ensuring that every feature is built with high maintainability, security and performance standards
• Monitor bugs and participate in fixing them
• Improve codebase and share feedback/review with other team members
• Help us to become more scalable as a platform, by decoupling our dependencies and reducing our time to market
• Participate in building a tech team
• Help us build a development team culture in which everyone can communicate, learn, cooperate and innovate in an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as FullStack Engineer
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong experience working in a micro-service cloud environment (preferably AWS)
• Working experience building headless APIs with Node.js and AWS Lambda
• Proven Frontend development experience with Vue.js/React.js
• Debugging skills using tools like DataDog, CloudWatch etc.
• Experience with database solutions like DynamoDB, MongoDB, EventStoreDB, ElasticSearch
• Unit and integration tests

Nice to have

• Proficiency using AWS serverless tooling
• Experience with event driven architecture (SNS, SQS, EventBridge)
• Experience with event sourcing (EventStoreDB)
• Experience in RegTech or FinTech domain.
