Human Resources Specialist
Wage: $22.00/ hour
As the Human Resources Specialist in the Bowling Green KY Office, you will work closely with management while overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruiting, employee relations, and compliance. Your strong organizational skills and leadership will ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes that align with our core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
Compensation and Benefits:
Depending on experience, Securitas will offer a starting hourly wage of $22.00, in addition to a full benefits package that includes:
- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
- 10 accrued vacation days, 4 person holidays, 6 sick days

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead recruitment efforts, with a focus on hourly roles and high-volume hiring.
- Develop strategies to meet business needs and workforce planning requirements.
- Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Employee Relations
- Provide coaching, counseling, and support to employees, addressing concerns proactively.
- Foster a positive and compliant workplace environment.
- Mediate disputes and resolve workplace conflicts while ensuring adherence to company policies and employment laws.
Organizational Skills & Administration
- Maintain HR documentation, compliance records, and reporting with precision.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support benefits administration, performance management, and related HR processes.
Leadership & Integrity
- Uphold high ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and engagement.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- At least 3-4 years of HR experience, with a focus on high-volume recruiting and hourly employee relations.

- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting for hourly positions.
- Expertise in employee relations, including coaching, conflict resolution, and counseling.

- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
