About Post Trade Accounting (PTA):

-One of the largest areas of investment in Aladdin

Qualifications/ Competencies:

-B.S. / M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline

-4+ years of hands-on object oriented programming experience in Java

-4+ years of experience with Open Source tools (Spring, Hibernate, Apache, Maven, JUnit, etc.).

-3+ years’ experience with relational database development (SQL, stored procedures, data modeling). Sybase experience preferred.

-Experience on frameworks like Angular, React, Node.js, Typescript is a plus

    

Good to have:

-Experience with at least one NoSQL Database (e.g. Apache Cassandra) and one scripting language (Perl/Python)

-Experience with cloud native development (Kubernetes, Docker), open source publish-subscribe frameworks like Apache Kafka.

-Enthusiasm and ability to work in a team-environment, multi-tasking, collaboration and effective communication skills.

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

-Interest in financial markets is preferred.

 

For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $132,500 - $157,500. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
