JOB SUMMARY
Serves as a lead operator responsible for ensuring reliable, high-quality simulation delivery across all programs. Provides operational leadership in event execution, equipment management, workflow standardization, and team accountability. Supports process improvement initiatives, mentors team members, and ensures adherence to established operational checklists and performance expectations.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Education
  Bachelor's Degree of Science 
   

• Experience
  3 years Health care simulation experience or 
  5 years Experience in healthcare. or 
  5 years Experience working in an adult care setting 
   

• Licenses and Certifications
  (BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Maintain current at all times. Upon Hire and 
  (ACLS) ADV CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT Maintain current at all times. Upon Hire and 
   

Preferred

• Experience
  <1 year Previous experience in education working with the adult learner

  TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer Certified Upon Hire and
  (CHSOS) CERT HLTHCARE SIMULATN OPER SP Certified HealthCare Simulation Operations Specialist (CHSOS/CHSOS-A) Upon Hire or
  Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) Upon Hire or
  Additional patient safety and/or quality certifications may be considered in lieu of CHSOS/CHSE. Upon Hire 
  Current valid license as a Registered License as a Registered Nurse through the Texas Board of Registered Nursing or similar clinical experience Upon Hire
