Depot Technician  

About the Role: 

At Parexel, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization (CRO) company specializing in delivering life- changing medicines to patients. We are seeking a Depot Technician to join our team. As a Depot Technician, you’ll be joining a fast-paced, driven environment that’s helping to make life-changing difference to patients by getting the Clinical Trial Materials, Ancillaries and Lab Kits into the hands of those who need them. Through the collaboration, and diversity, of teams the Depot Technician is provided with multiple opportunities to excel and discover where your skills can take you.   

Who we’re looking for: 

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills 

• Proficient in written and spoken English 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) 

• Good hand eye coordination 

What you’ll do:   

• Picking, packing, and quality control of Clinical Trial Materials according to instruction 

• Performing quality control checks and reporting any issues affecting quality 

• Assisting with Clinical Trial Materials destruction, recalls, reconciliation and returns 

• Monitor and record inventory 

• Helping with the general maintenance of the premises and equipment 

• Handling filing and archiving activities 

• Following workflows from Parexel or a specific client 

Additional details:   

• We welcome High School or Vocational degree applicants, and training will be provided. 

• Knowledge of GxP guidance, or willingness for education in GxP regulations is required. 

• Experience with warehouse support is required. 

• Packaging and labeling experience in the pharmaceutical or biological industry is preferred.

• This is a 2nd shift position so all applicants must be able to work 2nd shift hours (4pm-1am)
