Being a central delivery mechanism of open source packages to .NET developers, as well as an open source project ourselves, we are the cornerstone of a vibrant community.The NuGet Server team builds and maintains NuGet.org, a rapidly growing, high-scale service with over 3 billion weekly package downloads.

Responsibilities
- Manage, support, and grow an inclusive and diverse team with a culture of collaboration and psychological safety.
- Foster engineering excellenceby setting high standards for architecture, coding, and testing practices, and ensuring the team adheres to these benchmarks.
- Manage the end-to-end service operations, maintaining high availability, and directing live-site support to handle and resolve incidents efficiently.
- Lead by examplein technical expertise, guiding the team through complex problem-solving and encouraging innovative solutions.
- Prioritize projects and tasksbased on strategic business objectives, allocating resources effectively to maximize team productivity and meet critical deadlines.
- Develop and implement efficient team processesensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Partner with Product Management, and other Engineering partners to meet immediate and longer-term business

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
- OR related technical field AND 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript,
- OR Python
- OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years people management experience.
- 4+ years of experience engaging with Open Source communities
