What will you be doing?

• The Client Insights Senior Analyst is a key team player within the company and our client organization. In this position, you will create impactful insights for a large Food CPG manufacturer. You will escort the client through the processes necessary to help ensure their continued success.
• As a Client Insights Senior Analyst, you will use Circana’s tools to identify and address a broad spectrum of key client issues including new product launches, line extensions, trade spending, pricing, and retail execution.
• The Client Insights Senior Analyst serves as a passionate advisor to the client by creating indispensable, long-term, solution-focused consultative partnerships.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic goals.
• Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Service, Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
• Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in CPG and Fresh Grocery to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
• Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
• Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Intelligence Suite) to support client engagements and solution delivery.
• Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value.
• Support Innovation and Feedback: Provide client feedback to internal teams to help refine offerings and contribute to product development.
