You Are:
The Salesforce Project Senior Manager develops, plans, and executes all activities and deliverables of Salesforce projects. They will establish work plans and coordinates staffing for each Salesforce phase of the project and arranges for the recruitment or assignment of project personnel. The will also identify functional or cross-functional requirements, team capacity per sprint, and resources required for each task. In addition to these project management tasks, this resource must have significant Salesforce experience to be able to weigh in on technical design decisions, present technical design options to the client, and present an analysis of alternatives for build options. The resource should have experience with prior Salesforce implementations, experience identifying and reporting risks and issues, and developing functional and technical mitigation plans.

The Work:

• Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment
• Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables

Here's What You Need:

• Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of industry experience 
• 8+ years experience with Salesforce implementations
• Experience with to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment
• Experience monitoring, managing, and reporting on execution of deliverables

Bonus Points If:

• Advanced Degree
• 15+ years of industry experience
• Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas
• Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders
• Excellent people management and relationship development skills

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
