RSV Field Execution and Customer Engagement Lead, US Vaccines

Job Description

The Field Execution and Customer Engagement role will play a critical leadership role in the future launch of our Company’s RSV monoclonal antibody.  This individual will be responsible for developing and driving execution by collaboration with the brand team, field sales leadership, customer marketing, learning and development. In addition, this individual will work closely with the Product Marketing Owner to develop or optimize digital resources used by our customer-facing teams. 

Responsibilities include and may not be limited to:

• Partner with Sales Leadership in all aspects of preparation, planning and ongoing integration related to product promotion and execution

• Collaborate with Field Sales and Sales Training to identify and prioritize training and development

• Lead field planning for targeting, KPIs, meetings, and communications

• Collaborate with key internal experts to maximize customer engagement through the use of digital analytics

• Collaborate closely with our Product Marketing Owner, and brand strategy point to develop/optimize resources used for our customer-facing teams 

• Leading the planning and development of resources for all field sales touch points such as semester meetings, launch meetings, and webcasts

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BA/BS). MBA or equivalent preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, marketing/field support, or sales management role

• Customer-orientation, results-driven, focus on teamwork and collaboration

• Strong leadership skills

• Excellent project planning & management skills; strong analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Works effectively in fast paced and time constrained situations

• Proven ability to drive execution

• Business understanding & organizational awareness, cross-functional collaboration

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft office applications

• Ability to work hybrid and work onsite at least 3 days per week

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sales Management Experience, preference for Vaccines

• Promotion experience including bringing materials through legal, regulatory, and clinical review

• Experience in or working with sales organizations
