Accounts Payable Temp

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized temporary Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. This role will be primarily responsible for accurately entering invoices into our processing system, ensuring data integrity by reviewing/updating/re-coding invoices and purchase orders, and providing support for ongoing AP initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounts payable processes and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Enter vendor invoices into the AP systems (Rossum, Coupa, NetSuite) in a timely and accurate manner, including review of AP inboxes to ensure complete invoice capture
• Review and verify invoice details to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with data requirements
• Update and/or re-code invoices and purchases orders as needed to ensure proper account allocation and overall data quality
• Collaborate with other AP team members, Procurement, and FP&A to resolve incomplete information or other issues
• Participate in other projects or tasks as assigned by the AP Manager

 

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience
• Familiarity with accounting and invoice processing software (NetSuite, Coupa, Rossum a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication with team members and other departments
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

 

 

Below is the expected base salary for this position. This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and offers will ultimately be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and performance in the interview process. This position will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus (if determined by Optiver) and Optiver’s benefits package with the benefits listed above. 

 

Base Salary Range$25—$30 USD
