Grainger Corporate Services LLC is seeking a Software Engineer in Lake Forest, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication Engineering or related field plus 5 years related experience. Prior experience must include: Implement application using Spring IOC, Spring MVC Framework, Spring Batch and handled the security using Spring Security and Involved in writing Thread Safe blocks for multithread transactions; Participate in analysis, specification, design, and implementation and testing phases of Software Development Life Cycle SDLC; Implement Spring boot microservices to process the messages into the Kafka cluster setup; Work on Continuous Integration and continuous deployment through Jenkins and automated the build deploy, unit testing, code analysis and email notifications; Convert a monolithic application to microservices architecture using Spring Boot using 12 factor application methodology and deploy, scale, configure, and write manifest file for various Microservices in PCF; Implement custom role-based user authentication and authorization using the Windows Integrated security, Active Directory/LDAP services and custom user roles and permissions in SQL Server database; Write complex PL/SQL queries, store-procedures, Triggers, Packages and Views in various databases such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server and My SQL; Troubleshoot production incidents requiring detailed analysis of issues on web and desktop applications, Autosys batch jobs, and databases. 100% remote work allowed from anywhere in the U.S. Please submit resume to https://jobs.grainger.com, reference job #305308.
