Position Summary:
RELI Group is seeking a Cybersecurity and Privacy Artifact Analyst to support documentation analysis, quality assurance, and evidence validation activities under Task 8 of the Information Security and Privacy Services (ISPS), as part of the Marketplace System Security and Privacy Support Services (MSSPSS) contract. This role will assist in developing, reviewing, organizing, and cataloging cybersecurity and privacy artifacts for CMS ACA and NST systems. The Cybersecurity and Privacy Artifact Analyst will work with ISSOs, compliance leads, and CMS stakeholders to ensure documentation aligns with federal requirements such as NIST 800-53, FISMA, and CMS ARS 5.0, and that it is audit-ready and complete.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze cybersecurity and privacy documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with CMS ARS 5.0 and NIST 800-53
- Maintain structured repositories of security artifacts to support ATO, audit, and continuous monitoring activities
- Assist in mapping control implementations to supporting evidence for assessment and audit readiness
- Work with ISSOs, PMs, and SMEs to track and organize required artifacts across multiple systems and projects
- Support the development of templates, guidance, and artifact submission standards
- Ensure consistency and quality control of documentation submitted for CMS review
- Track document versioning, approvals, and submission timelines
- Assist in the coordination of artifact collection and validation during internal and external audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience supporting documentation, quality assurance, or compliance artifact review for IT systems
- Familiarity with NIST 800-53, CMS ARS 5.0, or federal RMF documentation standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and track documentation across multiple teams and systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and secure document repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, Jira)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting CMS, HHS, or federal ATO documentation processes
- Familiarity with eMASS, ServiceNow GRC, or similar compliance management platforms
- Basic understanding of audit readiness, POA&M management, and control testing procedures
- Knowledge of privacy documentation (e.g., PIAs, SORNs, DUAs)
