👉Do you have at least 4 years of experience in international tax or mobility tax?

✨What you’ll do

• Review and approve tax returns for globally mobile employees
• Advise clients on tax planning, payroll taxes & social security contributions
• Provide tax guidance on assignment structures, tax treaties & expat benefits
• Counsel employees on tax equalization & international tax obligations
• Analyze compensation & payroll data to optimize tax outcomes
• Stay on top of global tax law changes and share insights with clients
• Act as the primary client contact for mobile employee tax issues
• Manage client engagements (billing, collections, KPIs) and identify new opportunities
• Lead a team of Consultants and Senior Consultants

What you bring

• German tax advisory certification: Steuerberater (StB)
• Fluent German & English
• 4+ years of professional experience
• Strong client orientation, analytical skills & ability to explain complex issues clearly
• A team player mindset and readiness to think globally
