Rep-Lite is partnering with an established medical device manufacturer to identify a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across the Northeastern United States.

Territory

Based in the Greater Boston area covering:

  • Massachusetts
  • Connecticut
  • Rhode Island
  • New Hampshire
  • Vermont
  • Maine

Approximately 50% overnight travel throughout the territory.

You'll work directly with surgeons, OR teams, hospital leadership and supply chain to introduce technologies that improve workflow and patient care.

What You'll Do

As the Territory Sales Manager, you'll own your territory from prospecting through long-term account growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drive new business development throughout the Northeast
  • Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, administrators and supply chain
  • Sell both capital equipment and disposable products
  • Lead product evaluations and clinical demonstrations
  • Support product trials and in-servicing
  • Develop physician champions within key accounts
  • Navigate Value Analysis Committee (VAC) and capital approval processes
  • Execute a strategic territory business plan
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM documentation
  • Represent the company at conferences, educational meetings and industry events

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • 5+ years of surgical or operating room medical device sales experience
  • Proven success selling into hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers
  • Experience calling directly on surgeons
  • Experience selling capital equipment, disposable products or both
  • Strong business development and prospecting skills
  • Demonstrated history of quota attainment
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to travel overnight throughout the Northeast (approximately 50%)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
