Client Support Agent

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Florida, USA Time) with a 1-hour unpaid break

Join a dynamic insurance services team where you’ll play a key role in supporting customers throughout their policy lifecycle. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering excellent service.

• Onboard new customers and guide them through policy setup.
  

• Assist with policy changes, applications, renewals, billing, and claims management.
  

• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  

• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
  

• Process customer accounts and file necessary documents.
  

• Build trust and strong relationships with customers through open communication.
  

• Meet annual cross-sale and referral goals.
  

• Handle complaints, resolve issues within required timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  

• Adhere to communication standards, procedures, and policies.
  

• Go the extra mile to engage and retain customers.
  

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  

• Proven customer support or client service experience with a track record of exceeding goals.
  

• Strong phone etiquette, active listening, and excellent communication skills.
  

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  

• Comfortable working on camera during shifts.
  

• Hardworking, teachable, and eager to improve skills continuously.
  

• Confident with technology, including computers, software, and phone systems.
