Gastroenterologist - Associate Chair of Endoscopy Procedural Practice

Mayo Clinic Florida is seeking a highly motivated and skilled physician/clinical investigator to join our team as Associate Chair of Endoscopy Procedural Practice. Responsibilities include:

• Spearhead the strategic transformation of endoscopy services at Mayo Clinic Florida, leading growth initiatives, innovative workflow redesign, and performance optimization to shape the future of procedural care.
• Serve as Chair of the Endoscopy Committee, representing the division at institutional and enterprise levels while helping drive alignment across surgical and procedural strategy.
• Champion a culture of excellence by advancing state-of-the-art, best-in-class endoscopic practices—with a strong emphasis on quality, innovation, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies.
• Inspire and lead continuous improvement initiatives across a dynamic, high-volume procedural environment, with a relentless focus on patient outcomes, safety, and operational excellence.
• Play an active role in shaping the academic mission of the division by supporting robust educational programs and fostering the development of future leaders in gastroenterology.
• Collaborate on enterprise-level strategic planning for emerging technologies including robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), capsule endoscopy, and site-agnostic models of care—driving bold advancements in how and where care is delivered. 

Candidates must be board-certified/board-eligible in Gastroenterology and be eligible for a Florida state license.
