Account Assistant

• The Accounts assistant will assist the Senior Account Executive to ensure smooth “day to day” operations of the account payable function.
• Own the account payablet end to end process from invoicing to payment and ensures that the internal control & group policy requirements of the company are met.
• Be responsible for Singapore & Malaysia verifying and matching incoming invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts,
• Responsible for making sure that invoices are properly matched transacted in SAP on timely manner for smooth payment processing.
• Partner tightly with Supply & Demand and Product Marketing team to align on vendor processes, compliances and other measurements focused on helping to achieve the financial objectives of working capital optimization & improve vendor credit term.
• Attending vendor meeting and analyze/evaluate vendor performance including ability of supplier resolves billing issues within 30 days and provide accurate invoices for all goods and services delivered.
• Prepares weekly/monthly EMEF (uninvoiced receipt report), analyzes root cause and cooperates with Supply & Demand and Product Marketing team to close the outstanding issues.
• Require familiarity with SAP FICO & S&D module and MIRO transactions to ensure smooth processing of invoices. 
• Coordinating with other departments like Supply & Demand, Product Marketing  to resolve any issues arising from invoicing and manage disputes to zero escalation.
• All other adhoc reasonable assignment assigned to you from time to time

Qualification

• Undergraduate degree with 0-2 years relevant experience or Diploma/LCCI with 2 years work experiences.
• Familiar with computerized accounting software and ERP system, preferably SAP; Proficient in MS Office 
• LCCI  is advantage 
• Effective communicator at all level 
• 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
