Position Title: Family Stability Coordinator Vuela Program
Reports To: Talent Development Program Manager
Classification: Full-time, Exempt, 1.0 FTE
Compensation: $24 per hour

POSITION DESCRIPTION
This is a dynamic position, responsible for bridging together two key Economic Justice programs, Family Stability and Vuela. These programs holistically support families on their self sufficiency pathway, while offering long term stability planning support. This position will require consistent communication with clients, stakeholders such as government entities, partners, organizations, schools, and the community. Excellent follow-through, attention to detail, professional writing skills, and excellent communication through one-on-one meetings, phone calls, and e-mail are required. The Family Stability Program Coordinator Vuela Program must have experience working with Latino youth and families and be able to communicate clearly and fluently in both English and Spanish.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Case management services utilizing Assertive Engagement & trauma-informed care
- Culturally responsive, culturally competent service delivery, and affirmatively furthers opportunity for people who have traditionally been underserved
- Facilitate access to aligned services and resources, such as: WorkSource; Housing Assistance; DHS; Self-Sufficiency; Benefits Assistance; Legal Barrier Removal
- Coordinate a cohort of TANF recipients participating in a series of workshops, activities, and events to support: life skills, job search and prep, stabilized living
- Attend and represent Latino Network in workforce development networking opportunities
- Support the design of a rigorous and engaging curriculum for Latino Network’s Economic Justice Talent Development Programs.
- Maintain programmatic records and enter program data into ETO and other relevant databases. This includes a detailed and confidential case file, case notes, and attendance for each participant.
- Follow Economic Justice and Latino Network fiscal workflows accurately and consistently..
- Assists clients with flexible client assistance to provide relief from the trauma associated with the scarcity of resources.
- Provides follow-up services and referrals to clients to help ensure their continued stability in areas such as income, social capital, children, wellness and health, education, and housing.
- Prepares and provides reports detailing the progress of clients as requested by the Housing and Talent Development Program Manager.
- Adherence to all Latino Network policies and procedures.
- Performs any additional duties as directed by the Program Manager, Senior Manager, or Department Director.
- Properly documents and submits all program expenditures in a timely manner.
- Establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships with partner agencies, institutions, clients, local jurisdictions, state, and federal agencies.
- Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.

REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
