Job Summary:
Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to join our high-performing Growth Enablement team supporting our family of 10 subsidiaries across the federal contracting space. This role is designed for a leader who can drive the proposal development process while building and leading a high-performing team. The Senior Proposal Manager will operate within a corporate shared services model, managing multiple efforts, developing talent, and driving process improvement to scale operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end proposal development for Federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and Direct Awards, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
- Develop and manage proposal schedules, enforce deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals.
- Create compliant proposal templates and outlines based on RFP Sections L & M.
- Collaborate with Capture, BD, Pricing, Recruiting, and Leadership to develop win strategies and key messaging.
- Write and edit proposal content, including management plans, staffing approaches, and past performance narratives.
- Maintain compliance matrices, proposal trackers, and review schedules.
- Develop junior proposal team members, providing feedback, coaching, and guidance.
- Contribute to the development of proposal best practices, templates, and tools.
- Drive operational improvements and support the continued growth and scalability of the proposal function.
- Champion DDC’s high-performance culture and operational standards.
Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):
- Minimum of 8 years of federal proposal management experience, preferably within a shared services or multi-entity environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams or mentoring others in a proposal environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the federal procurement lifecycle, including FAR/DFARS and other relevant acquisition regulations.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and document management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and proposal automation tools.
- Shipley, APMP, or equivalent proposal certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, English, or a related field preferred.
