SENIOR MANAGER, ASSET PROTECTION

 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Support all security systems within your area of responsibility:
• Manage access control credentials, intrusion alarm codes, and CCTV credentials
• Conduct systematic reviews and provide compliance audit reporting
• Monitor all systems to ensure proper functionality and engage the appropriate vendors to schedule service and/or repairs when applicable
• Partner with Command Center team to monitor ‘after hours’ facility activity, providing training/follow up when needed
• In partnership with your AP Supervisors/Managers, manage the onsite AP Associate team
• Monitor weekly schedules to ensure that AP coverage meets the needs of the business
• Support all aspects of the Health and Safety program, including participation in regular Safety Committee/Emergency Response Team meetings
• Conduct regular onsite retail, cash management, inventory, and operational audits. Ensure onsite AP teams are auditing consistently and sharing results with our Operational partners
• Conduct onsite investigations and act as the primary contact with local authorities
• Develop close partnerships with the People, Operations, Inventory, and Field Management teams
• Foster a similar approach with AP Team, helping reinforce that team focus at all levels
• Support the always evolving needs of the business by providing timely feedback on all Asset Protection related programs and enhancements
• Assist with other department projects/initiatives as assigned 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A retail Asset Protection professional with five or more years of multi-unit, flagship, and/or warehouse experience.  This includes strong focus on the following:
• Conducting audits, investigations, and employee interviews
• Wicklander-Zulawski training and/or CFI certification is a requirement
• LPQ and/or LPC certification is a plus
• C-TPAT program knowledge is a plus
• Managing onsite access control, intrusion alarm, and CCTV systems
• Utilizing ERP, financial, and exception reporting systems
• Ability to confidentially handle personal and/or sensitive information
• Team player with the ability to build and maintain strong business partnerships
• This position can be based in either our NYC HQ or our Northern NJ warehouse
• This is a hybrid role with a 50% travel expectation

The hiring range for this position is below, plus benefits (401K, paid time off, dental, medical, vision, disability, life insurance options). To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
