Salary $120,100 - $140,000 depending on experience

Remote Position: available for candidates residing in *PA, DE, FL, LA, MD, NJ, OH, TX, and VA

Up to 25% travel to our headquarters in Lafayette Hill, PA expected.

Position Details:

The Director of Digital Transformation and User Adoption is a leadership role within the IT department, specifically under the Enterprise Applications team. This position is responsible for strategizing, implementing, and overseeing digital transformation initiatives to ensure effective use and adoption of enterprise applications across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications, this role is critical for fostering a culture of digital innovation, enhancing process efficiencies, and optimizing user engagement with technology. The Director will lead a team focused on change management, user training, and process improvement, driving initiatives that enable employees to fully leverage digital tools and maximize organizational productivity. This role is integral to advancing the organization’s digital maturity and aligning technology solutions with strategic business objectives.

Qualifications

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications in digital adoption, project management (e.g., PMP), change management (e.g., Prosci), and process improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are highly desirable.

Experience:

• 4-5 years in digital transformation, user adoption, or enterprise application management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role within IT.
• Proven track record managing large-scale digital transformation projects and user adoption initiatives in a complex, enterprise-level environment.
