Job Description

As a valued colleague on the Multifamily Chief Operating Office (MF COO) team, you will be the Product Owner of the Multifamily COO securitization data-centric systems. You directly contribute to building, developing, and designing functionality. You will participate in the ongoing implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Multifamily’ s applications. 

We have one opening for this position and it can be worked on a Hybrid basis from our Reston, VA or Washington, DC office.

The Senior Product Analyst role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Support development of the design strategy for new products.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
  • Develop user stories and participate in scrum ceremonies.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements.
  • Liaise with the product team and technology team to deliver requirements.
  • Manage the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance.
  • Ensure product strategy is in alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 2 years related experience
  • Experience managing the product development process
  • Experience with database modeling, mapping and system interface documents
  • Experience writing and understanding data rules
  • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
  • Good collaboration and relationship management skills in order to effectively work with the product team to understand requirements and deliver the work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • SQL knowledge
  • Experience using JIRA
  • Experience using SharePoint

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Prior experience in the mortgage industry, preferably Multifamily experience
