Job Summary:

Senior Director, Global Executive recruiting

Location: San Jose / NYC - Hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office

Reporting to VP Global Head of Talent Acquisition, the Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition, Executive Recruiting is a strategic, results oriented and talented People leader who will partner closely with the CEO staff and their leadership teams, People Business Partners (PBPs) and cross functional teams to drive forward-thinking global Talent Acquisition strategies to attract, assess, hire and retain best talent who will fuel our continued innovation and growth. As part of the Global Talent Acquisition leadership team, this person will provide thought leadership and drive the adoption of best-in-class recruitment processes and tools.

The Global Head of Executive Recruiting will lead and transform our global executive talent acquisition function and be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, strategic approach to attract, assess, and hire top-tier executive talent worldwide. This role requires a proven track record of success in executive search, a deep understanding of global talent markets, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
