Summary:
We’re looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our core early-stage team, where quality is everyone’s responsibility—but you lead the charge. In this role, you’ll design and implement automated test strategies across our full technology stack, including web frontends, backend services, APIs, and cloud services. Our systems span domains like machine learning, high-performance computing, IoT, and dynamic web applications. You’ll work closely with developers, DevOps, and product teams to ensure stability, performance, and usability in every release. From validating REST APIs to simulating complex user workflows in modern UI frameworks, you’ll help us build with confidence and deliver at scale.
This is a full-time onsite role.
Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years of software automation experience.
- Bachelor/Masters in Computer or Software Engineering and 3+ years of industry experience.
- Build comprehensive test cases for functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Build and maintain robust test automation frameworks across UI, API, and backend services.
- Drive test strategy and coverage across diverse applications and services.
- Implement CI/CD-integrated tests for rapid, reliable deployments.
- Own bug triage, root cause analysis, and test data management.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enforce best practices in test-driven development.
- Strong experience with modern test frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Postman, Pytest, or similar).
- Familiar with backend technologies (Node.js, Python etc.) and databases (sql, postgres etc.).
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- A strong advocate for automation, scalability, and product quality.
