Warehouse & Production Coordinator

We’re hiring a Warehouse & Production Coordinator to manage the logistics that keep our touring operations smooth and our gear show-ready. This is a full-time role based in Nashville, TN for now but we want to be transparent: our warehouse will be relocating to Chattanooga or Knoxville within the next 3–6 months, and the role will move with it.
To help support that transition, we’re offering a $2,000 taxable relocation stipend.
We’re looking for someone proactive, highly organized, and comfortable handling everything from fleet maintenance to on-site event production. You’ll work closely with our LA team to align operations between both coasts.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, organization, and upkeep of all warehouse gear
• Create and oversee driver schedules during tour cycles
• Conduct advance calls with our Production Lead for every show to ensure accurate gear pulls
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and prep items for transport
• Maintain fleet vehicles and ensure all DOT compliance and documentation is up to date
• Support on-site production for select R&B ONLY shows (including load-in/load-out)
• Maintain clear communication with our LA office and warehouse team for multi-location coordination
• Keep the warehouse space clean, functional, and ready for audits or surprise checks

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or live event logistics
• Solid understanding of gear commonly used in concerts or touring environments
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work weekends or evenings when needed
• Comfortable traveling to shows and relocating in 3–6 months
• Valid driver’s license and familiarity with DOT vehicle requirements preferred
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
