We are seeking a highly motivated entry-level Software Developer with a strong foundation in computer architecture, system profiling, and software performance tuning. This role focuses on optimizing HPC/AI networking infrastructure performance across GPU, CPU, memory, PCIe, and HPC/AI/Storage workloads, with a particular emphasis on SuperNIC technologies in Linux environments.
As part of our cutting-edge software engineering team, you will contribute to the development and tuning of high-performance systems that power next-generation AI and networking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize software for SuperNIC platforms in Linux.
- Conduct system-level profiling and performance analysis across CPU, memory, PCIe, and networking subsystems.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement software tuning strategies to improve throughput and latency.
- Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to align software optimizations with system architecture.
- Build and maintain tools for performance monitoring and diagnostics.
- Document findings and contribute to internal knowledge bases and performance best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of computer architecture, including CPU pipelines, memory hierarchies, and PCIe.
- Hands-on experience with Linux system programming and performance tools (e.g., perf, ftrace, systemtap, eBPF).
- Familiarity with networking workloads and protocols (e.g., Ethernet, TCP/IP, RDMA).
- Proficiency in C/C++ and scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for low-level system optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or project experience in system performance tuning or networking.
- Exposure to SuperNIC or similar high-performance networking technologies.
- Knowledge of kernel development or driver-level programming, DPDK is a big plus.
