PhD in civil engineering

CTRE performs transportation-related research, outreach, and educational activities in four major areas: safety, asset management, operations, and planning. CTRE researchers create new knowledge and practical tools for transportation professionals. Our mission is to conduct basic and applied transportation research to help our partners improve safety, facilitate traffic operations, and enhance the management of infrastructure assets
