The Foth Companies is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Lead Recruiter who is looking for new learning experiences, opportunities for career growth, and a desire to contribute to our clients’ success.  This position will be based out of our Green Bay, WI location with the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule. Primary Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Identify and proactively source potential candidates through various channels, including referrals, job boards, social media, networking, and industry and campus events. Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality engineering, scientist, professional candidates for current and future job openings.
• Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit, and make recommendations to hiring teams. 
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining open and timely communication with candidates, while being a Foth brand ambassador.   
• Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to make data-driven recommendations.
• Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing the company's employer brand by highlighting the firm's strengths and culture through job postings, social media posts, etc. Work collaboratively with the corporate Marketing team on talent branding related efforts, including targeted advertising campaigns, career site, social media campaigns, etc. 
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand their specific talent needs and requirements. Provide guidance and training on best practices for interviewing and selection.
• Compliance and Diversity: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Promote inclusion in the hiring process and actively seek a diverse candidate pool.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process, such as implementing new tools or strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or combination of post-high school education and additional related experience.
• Minimum five years of direct, full-cycle recruitment experience with a variety of organizational levels and competencies, including technical and professional level positions.
• Experience devising and proactively executing a variety of innovative, strategic sourcing techniques.  
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience recruiting engineers and scientists in a professional services environment.
• Established network in the engineering/scientific community.
• Familiarity with Lever ATS + CRM.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout and other sourcing tools.
