Schedule: Night Shift 6:45 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. 

Salary Range : 86,000 to 93,000

About Us: 

Dura-Line, an Orbia Business & a global leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic Senior Production Supervisor for our Gainesville, Texas site.  

 

This BRAND NEW position, you will lead and support a culture of safety, standardize operations on all shifts, changeover standardization/urgency, focus on scrap management, drive an operator based 5s culture, improve accountability, improve individualized coaching, develop succession plan within the shifts, foster quality, lean, and safety culture. 

  

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and support a culture of safety, standardize operations on all shifts, Changeover standardization/urgency, focus on scrap management, drive an operator based 5S culture, improve accountability, Improve individualized coaching, Develop succession plan within the shifts, foster quality, lean, and safety culture 

• Direct supervision of daily operations such as staffing, quality control, and schedule adherence 

• Lead by example to hit targets (in order of priority) in safety, quality, service, cost, and production.  When goals are missed, understand why and have suggestions for improvement 

• Hold team accountable to following established procedures and conforming to conduct standards 

• Be an enabler for team to drive process improvements. Ensure effective employee relations
