Job Summary:

Use your customer service expertise, personality, and product knowledge to set up our pros for success! You will serve as the first point of contact for new customers; working to set the tone for our pros’ Networx experience. Use the tools at your disposal to complete account setup, answer customer questions, and build relationships with pros that will help contribute to long-term success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome and onboard all new customers with genuine, and friendly enthusiasm to our Networx community. Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer communications to complete resolution.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely adapting style to suit customers by problem-solving, excellent phone skills, and resolving conflict
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers by establishing trust with customers
  • Listening and understanding customer's feedback to gain knowledge and insights that can be shared in order to constantly improve our platform in a way that clearly reflects our customers’ feedback
  • Escalate and follow up on customer cases as needed.
  • Exercise and promote teamwork, supporting the objectives and policies of the Customer Experience Service Team
  • Other job duties as assigned

Requirements

You’ll Have

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent Communication skills including active listening
  • Customer-oriented and able to build long-term relationships with customers
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • You must live in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area to participate in office activities as necessary


*Networx has a flexible approach to work. We have offices in Atlanta and Manhattan. This role provides you with both in-office and work-from-home opportunities.
