Summary

As our SAP SuccessFactors Systems Analyst you will be an integral part of our team configuring, implementing and supporting SRP HR Systems to maximize productivity, quality and user experience. In this role, you will be one of SRP's SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Onboarding, Employee Central and Fieldglass subject matter experts both for the HR Team and as well as companywide. As the SAP SuccessFactors Systems Analyst you will ensure seamless integration and efficient system implementations, launches, enhancements or other changes are planned for success in the business.

What You'll Do

 

• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Onboarding, Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment and Fieldglass

• Serve as an internal subject matter expert for the SuccessFactors Onboarding, Employee Central and Fieldglass modules

• Serve as a member of SRP's HR systems Support Team by participating in the creation, implementation, maintenance, performance, production support and documentation of SuccessFactors technologies

• Participate and/or lead implementation of additional SF modules as needed

• Maintain and update system configurations for the modules you support

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR processes and provide innovative solutions to streamline workflows.

• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement enhancements that drive operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

• Oversee data migration and data management activities, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Maintenance of SF production and test environments

• Establish and maintain procedure documentation related to SAP SuccessFactors

 

What It Takes To Succeed

• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors suite; especially Onboarding, Employee Central and or Fieldglass with an emphasis in configuration experience

• Familiar with Configuration details and Role Based Permissions within SF

• Knowledge of Excel, Word and
