Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation (Fairway) is seeking a Branch Marketing Specialist for our Lynnwood, WA location.  

As the Branch Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting the Lynnwood branch by developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless event coordination. 

Position Location: Lynnwood, WA (In-office, full-time)

What you will do:

• Client Relations:
  • Send personalized thank-you notes to applicants and referring agents every week.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of buyer's agents, including personal details (kids' names, hobbies, spouse's name, etc.).
  • Coordinate and send closing gifts to clients and agents.
• Marketing & Communications:
  • Develop and distribute co-marketing materials through [mention specific platforms like email, social media, etc.] to all co-marketing agents.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials for seminars, including presentations, email funnels, and promotional content.
  • Design and distribute open house information, including single property sites and marketing materials, for all agents before each weekend.
  • Manage all social media channels for the branch, including posting engaging content (images, reels, videos), and monitoring interactions.
• Event Coordination:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of monthly and yearly events.
  • Collaborate with vendors and co-sponsors to secure financial contributions from Title and Insurance partners to support event costs.
  • Develop and implement event marketing campaigns, including catchy advertisements to generate interest.
• CRM Management:
  • Maintain and update the branch CRM system with accurate and timely information.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience, at least one (1) year,  in marketing in real estate or mortgage industry. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
• Creative and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• A team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
• Knowledge of real estate industry best practices.
• Experience with email marketing platforms.
