We are Looking for:
The Registered Nurse in our OB/GYN clinic plays a vital role in providing direct patient care, supporting providers during exams and procedures, and delivering education and emotional support to patients. You will work closely with physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure the highest standard of care in a supportive and respectful environment.
Responsibilities:
- Proficiently and independently assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents the daily care of assigned patients
- Provide direct nursing care to OB/GYN patients in accordance with established protocols
- Triage patient concerns, both in person and via phone
- Assist with procedures such as Pap smears, IUD insertions/removals, and colposcopies
- Administer medications and injections, including prenatal vitamins and vaccines
- Educate patients on topics such as contraception, prenatal care, postpartum recovery, and menopause
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
- Support prenatal visits including fetal heart tone checks and vitals
- Coordinate care with providers and external services as needed
- Effectively communicates with medical, clinical and clerical staff to ensure the efficient operations of the clinic.
- Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws.
- May travel to other CLS clinics as needed.
- Performs related duties as required.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with current Texas licensure.
- B.S.N. Preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience; women’s health or OB/GYN experience strongly preferred
- Understands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations
- Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
