Sales Manager- Ecommerce (m/f/d)

About the Job

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and support its sales strategies.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on building long term relationships to Insurance Partners and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

Join our portfolio company: A German company focused on designing and manufacturing innovative, award-winning office furniture. Through its pioneering e-commerce platform, the company also provides custom interior design and planning solutions to hundreds of thousands of businesses.

In this role, you’ll:

• Support new customers and further develop existing relations
• Identify customer needs and product requirements, as well as develop solutions
• Take responsibility for a positive customer journey through telephone contact from assessing need to final negotiations
• Build a successful and sustainable relationship with our venture's customers

Your Profile

• Experience in the field of sales or customer service
• Proactive, independent and solution-oriented work ethic
• Great communication skills and passion to creatively inspire confidence and enthusiasm within potential customers.
• Successfully completed training or alternative, comparable qualifications
• Excellent communication both in German and English

Please note that we are looking for support in the Düsseldorf office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
