  • Analyze performance metrics and implement smart solutions.

3. Repair & Replacement

  • Swap out damaged components safely and accurately.

  • Work with inverters, wiring, connectors, and racking hardware.

4. System Testing & Commissioning

  • Run functional tests and commissioning for new and repaired systems.

  • Document results, identify improvements, and recommend upgrades.

5. Customer Communication

  • Respond to service calls with professionalism and clarity.

  • Explain procedures and solutions in terms that make sense to our clients.

What You Bring to the Table

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training a plus.

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in solar installation, maintenance, or service.

  • Electrical license or certification preferred.

  • Experience with both AC and DC systems.

  • Skilled with hand tools, diagnostic devices, and problem-solving on the fly.

  • Self-starter with a team-first mindset.

What’s In It for You

  • Competitive pay: $20–$25/hr

  • Professional development & clear career path

  • Supportive team environment

  • Opportunity to make an impact in a fast-growing industry
