So, we need smart, talented, and humble people who share our values to join us as we disrupt the home security space and relentlessly pursue our mission of keeping Every Home Secure.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></h3> <p><em>Primary Responsibilities Include:</em></p> <ul> <li>Provide leadership for full lifecycle design of security focused products.</li> <li>Identify and analyze the cross-functional tradeoffs between design alternatives, including impact on performance, schedule, cost, risk, complexity, and scale.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical, firmware, industrial design, sourcing and product management.</li> <li>Drive the product development process from early-stage concept, through prototyping, testing, and production, to ensure products meet requirements, cost, and schedule targets.</li> <li>Oversee prototype development and testing, including designing test strategies to validate product performance and resolve issues.</li> <li>Lead design reviews and discussions with suppliers and global manufacturing partners to optimize the design for mass production.</li> <li>Spot resource gaps early and engage the right subject-matter experts at the appropriate time.</li> <li>Lead the communication and design execution with global manufacturing partners.</li> <li>Support the creation of the Technical Requirements Document in collaboration with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Define the overall product architecture and system-level design, ensuring alignment with product requirements, performance goals, and cross-functional constraints</li> <li>Mentor and provide technical guidance t
