Sr. Financial Analyst - Customer Brands - Hybrid

This position will partner with the Customer Brands Finance Pricing Manager and sales team to provide pricing support for our Customer Brands portfolio by creating, analyzing, and interpreting pricing analysis/models, financial data, and market insights.
Wells Enterprises Finance Department supports a hybrid working environment, and this position is mostly remote with some travel to Corporate Offices.

- Provide support to sales team to determine pricing and customer strategies based on overall company goals and strategy
- Manage day-to-day pricing requests
- Assist in pro-forma P&L modeling and costing for new items through cross-functional collaboration
- Create ad-hoc reporting/analytics for cross-functional partners to drive customer strategy and margin improvement
- Own and communicate customer pricing drivers
- Proactively analyze and provide suggestions on customers’ financial performance
- Prepare financial analysis for leadership including explanation of variances to forecast, plan, and prior periods and other ad-hoc analysis as requested.
- Assist with coordination and preparation of the annual plan and monthly forecast
- Proactively identify and communicate financial issues on a timely basis
- Assist in the development and maintenance of management reporting and hierarchies through functional knowledge of the Oracle and Hyperion systems, including Bill of Materials (BOM) in the Oracle system.

Required
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
- Previous CPG Experience preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience.
- Knowledge - Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and analytical concepts
- Skills: Strong analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Excel (can perform complex functions) and Hyperion Essbase skills. Must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Abilities - Attention to detail and accuracy, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities
