This role will also oversee the development of a centralized reporting system to provide a single, reliable source of truth for all product changes across the full WTG, supporting transparent and informed decision-making at all organizational levels.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></b></p><p>Governance and Decision-Making</p><ul><li>Develop and implement structured decision-making boards and governance processes for product changes.</li><li>Facilitate the evaluation and prioritization of product changes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and minimizing disruptions.</li></ul><p></p><p>Change Management and Tracking</p><ul><li>Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product changes, ensuring comprehensive tracking from initiation to completion.</li><li>Evaluate and monitor the impact of product changes on the supply chain, manufacturing, and client projects.</li></ul><p></p><p>Reporting and Analytics</p><ul><li>Create a unified reporting system to serve as the single source of truth for all product change activities.</li><li>Provide timely and accurate insights to stakeholders, ensuring visibility and alignment at all organizational levels.</li></ul><p></p><p>Collaboration and Leadership</p><ul><li>Partner with cross-functional teams, including R&amp;D, supply chain, operations, and project management, to align product changes with business objectives.</li><li>Lead change initiatives and drive adoption of best practices across the full organization.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What We’re Looking For:</b></p><p></p><p>Experience<b>:</b></p><ul><li>Proven experience in product change management, supply chain management, or related fields, preferably within the renewable energy or manufacturing industry.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage complex change initiatives.</li></ul><p></p><p>Skills:</p><ul><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on detailed product data.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency in change management tools and reporting systems.</li></ul><p></p><p>Attributes:</p><ul><li>Detail-oriented and with the ability to understand the holistic view.</li><li>Self-driven with a focus on delivering results.</li><li>A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across teams.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>In return of your commitment, we offer you…</span></b> </p><p>To become a part of our mission for sustainability: clean energy for generations to come.
