Position Title: F&B Lead Attendant

Department: Food & Beverage                                             

Classification: Winter Seasonal, Full Time

Locations: Quick-Service Location - Bear Flats Snack Shack

Job Duties

• Completes front-of-house and back-of-house duties.
• Greets and assists customers as they enter.
• Explains menu items.
• Serves food and beverages.
• Maintains clean environment.
• Monitors inventory and restocks as needed.
• Organizes workplace.
• This role is an entry-level leadership role for candidates aspiring to grow.
• This is a catch-all role in that you will be required to do a bit of everything within the restaurant environment. This means that each day could look slightly different than the one before.
