Working within the Finance Operations team in Nexamp's Portfolio Operations organization, this role sits close to the teams responsible for portfolio delivery, financing readiness, and risk visibility across projects. The Finance Operations team helps translate financing requirements into organized, repeatable workflows by coordinating borrowing readiness, documentation, and critical portfolio deliverables that support timely funding and ongoing compliance.</p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">You will be hybrid out of our Boston office where you will report to the Manager, Finance Operations.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What you’ll do:&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Track conditions precedent, negative covenants, and borrowing readiness items across assigned facilities and portfolios, helping ensure key requirements are owned, monitored, and advanced through funding.</li> <li>Verify borrowing representations and coordinate supporting documentation across Legal, Finance, Accounting, Treasury, CED, Business Development, Portfolio Operations Management, and NPO to support accurate, timely fundings.</li> <li>Maintain deal and portfolio trackers, data rooms, and document repositories so funding materials stay current, accurate, and audit-ready for internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Coordinate financing-related certifications, insurance deliverables, and compliance support items, including documentation t
