Since 1969, we’ve been serving Cheyenne and surrounding areas with exceptional workmanship and customer service. As we continue to expand, we are seeking HVAC Salesperson to join our dedicated team. We're looking for individuals with great communication and customer service skills who are eager to provide exceptional service to our customers.

As an HVAC Salesperson, you’ll evaluate residential and commercial customer needs and provide customers with repair options that suit their needs. You’ll have the chance to work both independently and as part of a supportive team. We value good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Compensation will be performance based with potential earnings between $52k-100k.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to residential and commercial service calls to evaluate and diagnose issues

• Generate new business and drive company sales to meet monthly sales goal

• Work directly with customers and HVAC techs during project management

• Provide customers with repair and maintenance options and explain the work needed

• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and ensure proper tools and materials are available

• Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

• Work independently and collaborate with other team members as needed

Requirements

• 2+ Years HVAC Service experience

• 2+ Years Sales experience preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Good character and ability to work well within a team

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Neat, clean, and organized work habits

• Strong work ethic
