Job Summary
The Speech Language Pathologist provides skilled evaluation, treatment, and individualized therapy services in alignment with professional standards and Logan Health policies. Qualifications
Current Montana Speech-Language Pathology license or graduate of an accredited SLP program with ability to obtain Montana licensure within 30 days of hire.
Current HS AED CPR or BLS HCP certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Two (2) years of relevant experience preferred.
Ability to connect to the internet for daily data exchange (as applicable).
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively while handling confidential information with professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn additional software systems.
Job Duties
Conducts comprehensive speech therapy evaluations addressing physical, cognitive, emotional, and environmental factors.
Develops, implements, and revises individualized, goal-directed treatment plans.
Provides therapeutic interventions according to department standards, policies, and professional guidelines.
Completes timely documentation—including evaluations, daily notes, and admission/discharge summaries—in accordance with payer and state practice requirements.
Communicates patient progress, changes, and concerns to appropriate stakeholders promptly.
Maintains SLP standards of care and adheres to all provider orders.
Ensures patient rights, dignity, privacy, and cultural sensitivity are upheld during all interactions.
Participates in departmental and organizational projects to enhance rehabilitation services.
Meets established productivity expectations.
Operates and maintains therapy equipment according to departmental standards.
Performs other duties as assigned based on departmental needs.

Shift:
Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
PRN positions (also referred to as Casual, As Needed, or Per Diem) at Logan Health offer flexibility and are designed to provide coverage during busy periods, employee absences, and vacations, making them an excellent opportunity to support the team as needed. PRN employees can participate in a matching 401(k) plan and have access to the Employee Assistance Program. Additionally, they may qualify for hourly differential pay for certain shift
