Senior HRIS Analyst

We have a long-term goal to make marketing on TV available to businesses of any size.
Tatari is looking for a HRIS Analyst to join the team. In this role, you will work with our People Operations team and be responsible for daily support and optimization across the entire HR systems platform. We’ve recently completed an implementation and are looking for somebody with specific capabilities to expand on customizations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day system administration and technical support to the organization ● Optimize HRIS processes and evolve the current tech stack
- Ensure all aspects of the HRIS platforms are in compliance and data integrity is maintained ● Conduct ongoing audits throughout the various systems (experience with WorkDay required)
- Evolve the current data analytics, create dashboards, and assist with organization people storytelling
- Work on ad-hoc system projects
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in HRIS (WorkDay required, Small Improvements & Greenhouse preferred)
- Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train employees
- Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and performance metrics
- Highly organized and detail oriented, with strong follow-through in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with documenting processes, performing diagnostic tests, audits, and creating custom fields
- Bachelor’s degree
