Security Clearance:

TS/SCI with Polygraph

This role will reside at a U.S. Government facility and  provide Program Security support to Raytheon contracts operating at the facility. You will be a self-starter with strong communication skills (verbal and written) with strong briefing and presentation skills. You must also have the ability to brief executives and all levels of workforce in a fast paced in a fluid working environment.

What You Will Do

  • Interface daily with contractor and government personnel.
  • Monitor, manage and support security
  • programs and provide status reports and recommendations for decisions.
  • Assist, collaborate, and coordinate with government and other contractor security offices and develop solutions conveying them to internal and external Customers.
  • Provide agency level technical expertise concerning the identified security disciplines.
  • Will provide guidance to contractors using DoD and IC
  • regulations and requirements along with analyzing complex data and making appropriate program and security recommendations.
  • Prepare cost analyses for security projects.
  • Monitor security applications through the review and analysis of appropriate metrics, maintaining required records.
  • Prepare and disseminate security procedures/guidance.  
  • Will investigate and prepare impact statements, and provide recommendations on security/security violations, providing guidance as required in implementing security requirements.
  • Manage project milestones, along with updating and maintaining appropriate records (e.g. database and hard copy) of security actions.
  • Prepare for and conduct inspections and assistance visits, as required. Will act as liaise with members of the DoD, the IC and other officials as required.
  • Interpret security policy on matters pertaining to processing, dissemination, and control of classified materials, acting as liaison between Government and contractors.
  • Prepare both SCI and collateral materials for shipment IAW applicable security handling procedures.
  • Prepare outgoing classified messages on employees/contractor visiting other contractor or Government facilities.
  • Responsible for risk management, conducting surveys and rendering impact statements or recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings to internal and external customers with ability to use various forms of correspondence.
  • Dop the required program/operation to support tasks/requirements. Must apply experience in supporting security concepts,principles and practices to analyze and resolve difficult and complex security issues.
  • Some travel may be required.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree required – Major: Business Management, Security Management, Criminal Justice, or other related field, and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience; or an advanced degree in a related field and years’ experience.
  • Must have 5 years of applicable Security experience providing direct Program Security support and Security Program oversight to SCI programs
  • Experience in one or more of the following Security disciplines; Personnel, Physical/Industrial, Information Systems, Program Operations
  • Must have experience working with NISPOM and ICDs workforce
  • Must have experience writing security plans
