EVS Technician (Part Time), 7am-3pm every other weekend

Dunwoody Village, a five-star rated continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Newtown Square of Delaware County, is currently seeking qualified candidates for an Environmental Services Technician (EST) to fill a Part Time opening for every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday from 7am-3pm. Candidates must also be available to work a holiday rotation as needed.

The EST is responsible for providing a clean environment to all assigned areas including but not limited to resident rooms, offices, bathrooms, and/or storage areas. The EST is responsible for the daily sweeping, mopping, and burnishing of the main corridor and resident room floors. The EST has a strong working knowledge of and can demonstrate sanitizing and disinfection of bathrooms and common areas. Will perform any and all duties as assigned.
The candidate must have 1+ years of experience as an EST housekeeper. Floorcare experience is preferred.
