Title:
Interface CoordinatorProvides constructability to engineering through design changes of existing structures and pipelines shown in the contract. This is the entry level position for the engineering disciplines. Performs assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering principles. Uses some judgment in making preliminary selections and adaptation of engineering alternatives. Performs specific and limited portions of assignments. Typical requirements include a degree in Engineering. Certification as an Engineer-in-Training is desirable.
The position for Interface Coordinator is part of the Technical Services discipline in the construction group. Individual should be able to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, completing document submittals, maintaining registers, ordering material, interfacing with client and client vendors, interfacing with other discipline groups or subcontractors, participation with completion activities and supporting the Technical Services Managers to successfully complete the facilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete and submit new documents to document base
- Maintain registers of company equipment onsite
- Coordinate with vendor deliveries for company equipment
- Maintain inventory supplies for company equipment
- Assist in the distribution of Requests for Information
- Coordinate redline submittals with OFE vendors (client contractors)
