Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant position is 100% in person in our St. Louis, MO office and may include some travel to the St. Charles, MO office as needed. Responsibilities: - Maintain common areas and restock supplies - Assist with answering central phones - Assist with Community Day and associate function tasks with direction from Administrative Services Manager - Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks (returning equipment, arranging seating) - Remote deposits (if applicable) - Scan AP Supplier Invoices to Administrative Services Manager for payment - Assist other service lines as needed - Mail confirmations, engagement letters, organizers, financials, reportsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Qualifications: - Requires 1+ year of admin experience in a professional services work environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Organization and time management skills - Great attention to detail and ability to problem solve - Client service oriented - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft tools Geri Otto, from our recruiting team, will be guiding you through this process.
